What this site is
This is an information and enquiry site. It describes who we are, what we grow and how we work. It is not an online shop, and nothing on it constitutes a binding offer to sell.
Enquiries are not orders
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and does not reserve stock. A sale exists only once we have confirmed quantities, specification, price and delivery in writing, and you have accepted that confirmation.
Product information
We describe our macadamias as accurately as we can. Because they are an agricultural product, kernel size, colour, moisture and yield vary between harvests and between orchards. Photographs are illustrative. Where a specification matters to you, ask us to confirm it in writing for the specific lot you are buying.
Allergens and food safety
Macadamias are tree nuts. Our products are produced in a facility that handles tree nuts and may contain traces of other nuts. If you are buying on behalf of others, or reselling, you are responsible for passing allergen information on to your own customers and for complying with the labelling law of the market you sell into.
Prices
Any price mentioned on this site, including in our journal articles, is indicative and current only at the time of writing. Macadamia prices move with harvest, grade, volume, exchange rate and export demand. Quoted prices are valid only for the period stated in the quote.
Nutrition and health content
Our journal discusses the nutritional profile of macadamias. It is general information, not medical or dietary advice, and it does not claim to treat or prevent any condition. If you have a health condition or allergy, speak to a qualified professional.
Intellectual property
The name Prestige Macadamia, our logo, the photography, the illustrations and the written content on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, share and link to our pages. You may not republish our copy or photographs commercially, or use our branding, without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome.
